Welcome to the Silver Pass Homeowners Association! Silver Pass is located in the Rita Ranch development in southeastern Tucson, Arizona. It is approximately 2.2 miles north of I-10 on the east side of Rita Road. The 529 homes in Silver Pass were built by Del Webb's Coventry Homes.

The Silver Pass Homeowners Association operates in accordance with the established Governing Documents which include: Bylaws, CC&Rs, Rules, Rule Definitions,Regulations, Fine Assessment Table, Architectural Rules, and Architectural Request.

Board meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month. All homeowners and residents are welcome to attend. The next meeting will be September 25, at the Fire Station. Minutes from board meetings are posted after they have been approved.
